১. স্নায়বিক কারণ (Neurological causes):
- Cerebrovascular Accident (Stroke - Ischemic বা Intracerebral Hemorrhage, Subarachnoid Hemorrhage)
- মস্তিষ্কে আঘাত (Head Injury / Subdural Hematoma)
- কেন্দ্রীয় স্নায়ুতন্ত্রের সংক্রমণ (Meningitis, Encephalitis)
- Status Epilepticus.
২. মেটাবলিক ও এন্ডোক্রাইন কারণ (Metabolic & Endocrine causes):
- Hypoglycemia (সবচেয়ে জরুরি ও সাধারণ কারণ)
- Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) বা Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic State (HHS)
- Electrolyte imbalance (Severe Hyponatremia)
- Hepatic Encephalopathy বা Uraemic Encephalopathy.
৩. কার্ডিওভাসকুলার ও শ্বাসতন্ত্রের কারণ:
- Myocardial Infarction বা Cardiac Arrest জনিত Cerebral Hypoxia
- Hypercapnic respiratory failure (যেমন: Severe COPD).
৪. বিষক্রিয়া ও ওভারডোজ (Toxic/Drug causes):
- Sedatives/Benzodiazepine overdose (অজ্ঞান করে ছিনতাই বা 'মলম পার্টি'র শিকার), Opioid বা OPC poisoning, Alcohol intoxication.

মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প প্রশাসনের 'আমেরিকা ফার্স্ট' নীতির অংশ হিসেবে চীনসহ বিভিন্ন দেশের পণ্যের ওপর উচ্চহারে শুল্ক (Tariff) আরোপ বৈশ্বিক বাণিজ্যে ব্যাপক অস্থিরতা সৃষ্টি করতে পারে। এর ফলে:
১. বাণিজ্য যুদ্ধ (Trade War): চীন, ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন, কানাডা ও মেক্সিকো পাল্টা শুল্ক আরোপ করলে বৈশ্বিক বাণিজ্য যুদ্ধ তীব্রতর হবে।
২. সাপ্লাই চেইন বিঘ্নিত হওয়া: বিশ্বব্যাপী উৎপাদন ও সরবরাহ ব্যবস্থা (Supply Chain) বাধাগ্রস্ত হবে এবং বহুজাতিক কোম্পানিগুলো কারখানা স্থানান্তরে বাধ্য হবে।
৩. বৈশ্বিক মুদ্রাস্ফীতি: আমদানিকৃত পণ্যের দাম বাড়লে বিশ্বজুড়ে মূল্যস্ফীতি বৃদ্ধি পাবে এবং বৈশ্বিক অর্থনৈতিক প্রবৃদ্ধি মন্থর হয়ে পড়বে।

যেকোনো দেশের শিল্পায়নের প্রধান চালিকাশক্তি হলো নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহ। বাংলাদেশে শতভাগ বিদ্যুতায়ন এবং উৎপাদন ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধির ফলে তৈরি পোশাক (RMG), ওষুধ, সিমেন্ট, ইস্পাত ও ক্ষুদ্র-মাঝারি শিল্পের উৎপাদনশীলতা বহুগুণ বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। বিশেষ অর্থনৈতিক অঞ্চলগুলোতে (SEZ) নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগের ফলে দেশি-বিদেশি বিনিয়োগ আকৃষ্ট হচ্ছে এবং জাতীয় জিডিপিতে (GDP) শিল্পখাতের অবদান ক্রমান্বয়ে বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে।

ভারত ও মিয়ানমারের সাথে সমুদ্রসীমা বিজয়ের ফলে বাংলাদেশ বঙ্গোপসাগরে ১,১৮,৮১৩ বর্গকিলোমিটার এলাকার সার্বভৌম অধিকার লাভ করেছে, যা দেশের ব্লু-ইকোনমি বা সুনীল অর্থনীতির মূল ভিত্তি। বঙ্গোপসাগরে প্রায় ৪৭৫ প্রজাতির মাছসহ বিপুল সামুদ্রিক প্রাণিজ সম্পদ রয়েছে। এর তলদেশে প্রাকৃতিক গ্যাস, তেল এবং বালুতে জিরকন, ইলমেনাইট ও মোনাজাইটের মতো মূল্যবান খনিজ সম্পদের সন্ধান মিলেছে। এছাড়া দেশের ৯০ শতাংশের বেশি আন্তর্জাতিক বাণিজ্য চট্টগ্রাম, মোংলা ও পায়রা সমুদ্রবন্দরের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়। লবণ উৎপাদন, জাহাজ নির্মাণ এবং সামুদ্রিক পর্যটন শিল্পের মাধ্যমেও বঙ্গোপসাগর বাংলাদেশের অর্থনীতিতে অপরিসীম অবদান রাখছে।
